My journey in the tourism industry commenced in the airline business. Originally, my plan was to delve into customer service for a brief period, anticipating an opportunity to travel the world. However, life had different intentions for me. Over the course of more than two decades, I found myself deeply immersed in the airline industry, surrounded by intriguing and passionate individuals with diverse backgrounds. These colleagues shared a common love for travel and a commitment to taking care of our customers.
Throughout my career, I had the privilege of occupying various roles in customer service and sales, paving the way for a natural progression into customer sales and support within a cruise and ferry company.
The invaluable lessons I’ve gathered along this journey underscore the significance of active listening, the golden rule of treating others as you wish to be treated, and the profound importance of family and good health in one’s life.
