Having been born and raised in Egypt, the tourism industry was an omnipresent aspect of my surroundings. Growing up, I developed a deep-seated passion for delivering exceptional service and consistently pushing the boundaries to surpass the expectations of my guests. Over a span of 13 years, I explored the Middle East and South Africa, serving as a dedicated tour manager.

In 2006, I unexpectedly found myself in Sweden. Despite hailing from a warm country, I never anticipated falling in love with Sweden and its cold winters. However, as I delved into the intricacies of this enchanting country, appreciating the beauty of Stockholm and the breathtaking nature it offered, my desire to explore further intensified.

My journey with DMC Nordic began in 2007, and my genuine commitment to providing outstanding service imbued me with a profound sense of purpose, responsibility, and joy. Interacting with people from diverse corners of the world has consistently been a source of pleasure.
