The teaching will be a mix of demo trips in the field, professional presentations from experts and geeks, visits to the city’s cultural institutions and training on the bus and in the city’s neighbourhoods.
Our guide course program will host 10-16 participants in each class, creating an inspiring and spacious learning environment cantered around engagement, knowledge sharing, and a passion for improvement.
You don’t need to know the royal lineage when you begin (though you’ll soon discover how fun it is to learn!). We do, however, expect you to engage with the material and proactively seek out knowledge and information. Homework is a part of the learning progress.
Fun is also an important part of the program. Learning should be an enjoyable experience!
If you attend at least 80 percent of the whole training program and pass the final exam, you will be awarded a DMC certificate.
This certificate will outline your training and qualifications, making it easy for you to be booked for the right tasks in the future.
We will be happy to invite you into our team of qualified guides working for DMC Nordic!
